Brendon Devine

Brendon is a Development Manager with experience in the acquisition and delivery of small-medium scale land, childcare, built form and SDA developments across Queensland and New South Wales.

Passionate about sourcing and achieving great developments, Brendon is well-versed across the property sector.
Brendon takes an active role in working with our clients, landowners, consultants and contractors to achieve high client satisfaction while meeting programs, budgets and best practice requirements.

Brendon particularly enjoys the front end of property — site acquisition, negotiation and initial due diligence as well as delivering projects through their full lifecycle. Described as personable, self-motivated, adaptable, energetic and results-orientated, Brendon has the ability to work across a range of projects.

Brendon holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate Development) with the University of Queensland.
